Addressing systemic issues through preliminary research and subsequently providing solutions at the policy, technological, and other relevant levels in the chosen area.

Aim : To tensions and challenges in the chosen systems, a solution intervention to address the gap.

Output : After identifying the area of inquiry and finding the root of various challenges, a solution and intervention set was proposed which will impact on a larger level but at the root.
